As the Full Stack Developer & QA Lead, I played a pivotal role in both feature development and automation for Z360.Biz, a SaaS-based AI platform.
- Developed frontend pages using React.js, integrating with Laravel backend via Inertia.js for real-time UX.
- Built complete modules for Forms, Communication, Knowledge Base, and Contacts apps from scratch.
- Led feature expansion across the platform, actively responding to user feedback, fixing bugs, and iterating on new requirements.
- Implemented unit tests using PHPUnit to ensure backend code reliability, improving code coverage significantly.
- Integrated automation into the QA process using Jira and Bitbucket Pipelines, managing tasks and code reviews.
- Led the shift toward E2E testing by integrating Selenium and Laravel Dusk for product flows.
